Vokie Account & Data Deletion Guide

Learn how to request deletion of your Vokie account and personal data.

  1. App removal vs. account deletion

    Removing the app from your device does not automatically delete the account or data stored on our servers.

    Please follow the steps below to permanently delete your account.

  2. How to delete your account

    You can submit a deletion request through either option:

    • In-app path: My Page → Delete account
    • Email request: support@planetfru.com (please write from the email address linked to your Vokie account)
  3. Data handling (Privacy Policy)

    Deletion scope, legally required retention (e.g., payment or tax records), and retention periods follow the latest version of our Privacy Policy.

  4. Processing time & confirmation

    We process deletion requests within 7 business days after receipt.

    When complete, we send a confirmation to the registered email address.
