Marketing Communication Consent

Article 1 (Purpose)

This consent form sets out the member's consent for Planetfru (the "Company") to process data in order to deliver information about Vokie products, services, events, and offers via email, in-app push, or similar channels. Refusing consent does not limit access to the core features of the Service.

Article 2 (Processed Items and Purpose of Use)

• Processed items: Email address, push token, opt-in settings, delivery and open status, basic device and app details (for diagnostics), and—only when a member consents to personalization—minimal usage analytics (such as preferred languages and study frequency)
• Purpose of use: Distribution of marketing communications about new features, promotions, and events, plus campaign performance measurement (including related recommendations when personalization consent is granted)

Article 3 (Outsourcing to Third Parties)

The Company may engage specialized processors for email delivery, push notifications, and campaign analytics, and will disclose the purpose, data items, retention period, and protective measures while exercising appropriate oversight. The Company does not sell personal information or share it for cross-marketing purposes.

Article 4 (Retention Period and Withdrawal)

• Personal information is retained only while the marketing consent remains in effect.
• When a member withdraws consent or deletes their account, the information is destroyed without undue delay; if a statutory retention obligation applies, the data is kept for that period and then destroyed.
• Members may opt out at any time through the in-app Settings menu or the Unsubscribe link included in emails. Opt-out requests take effect immediately in principle, though email updates may require up to ten (10) business days and push notifications up to twenty-four (24) hours.

Article 5 (Member Rights and Safeguards)

Requests to access, correct, delete, suspend processing, or withdraw consent follow the procedures in the Privacy Policy. The Company applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data.

Article 6 (Changes and Notice)

If this consent form changes, the Company notifies members at least seven (7) days before enforcement, or thirty (30) days in advance for changes that may disadvantage members. Where the changes substantially alter the nature of the consent, the Company obtains renewed consent.
